Priority Program

The Gencor Board of Directors and staff are pleased to continue to recognize members who do the majority of their business with Gencor while supporting our many programs. Upfront discounts and semen specials work for some, but not for all herd management scenarios. In 2009, Gencor will provide a discount option that will be applied upfront monthly, rather than at year-end. This will continue to promote the use of better genetics in conjunction with current YSP program incentives.

Customers will still have the option to purchase semen through aggressive Priority Sales Volume Specials throughout the year. Customers not participating in these discounts, but purchase 85% of their Genetics from Gencor will receive:
20% discount on any Semex Alliance sires
$35.00 or greater - Holstein
$27.00 or greater - Coloured Dairy and Beef Sires

Discounts will be applied each month starting with May 1, 2009 business. Usage will be based on rolling 6 month activity (Semen Special, Volume Discounts and YSP certificates taken into consideration).

Your Priority status will show on the Field Sales Summary report or new customers statements when available.
