Dairy Genetic Support

Gencor’s Genetic Support Team consists of four individuals with an in-depth knowledge of the dairy industry. They are available to assist Gencor’s customers in developing profitable herds through the use of superior genetics and industry support programs.

Their responsibilities include:

• Animal Registration Service
• Coordinating classification with Holstein Canada
• Promoting Gencor’s young sire programs
• Monitoring the development of young sire daughters
• Coordinating the delivery of cow and heifer mating reports
• Knowing the breeding patterns of proven sires
• Promoting industry programs and services
• Travel on behalf of the Semex Alliance, promoting Canadian Genetics
